Assistant Manager - CS & Legal - Paint Industry

Incumbent will be accountable for :-

- Drafting/Reviewing various commercial contracts which includes Licensing Agreements, Employment Agreements, Letters of Intent, Termination Agreements, Technology Transfer Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Collaboration Agreement, Development Agreement, Franchise Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Work Orders, EPC contracts, Annual Maintenance Contracts, Facility Agreements, Agreements for Consultancy Services, Customer and Vendor agreements etc. along with the negotiation of contracts.

- Drafting/Reviewing various instruments like Agreement to Sell, Sale deed, Trust deed, Property Agreements (Leave & License or Lease Agreements), Partnership deed.

- Drafting various entertainment related documents including endorsement agreements, event appearance agreements, advertising agreements, sponsorship agreements, consultancy and service agreements, master representation agreements.

- Drafting/Reviewing various e-commerce documents like terms and conditions and privacy policy for various websites and start-ups.

- Drafting various opinions for the clients, show cause notices and legal notices on behalf of the clients.

- Handling Joint Ventures, Compliances, liaisoning in connection with the same.

- Handling Investor complaints and grievances.

- Filing of trademark applications with the trademark registry and manage other IPR related matters including copyright, patents.

- Co-ordinating with internal / external teams and agencies for carrying raids for counterfeit products.

- Timely preparation of agenda and minutes of Board/Committee meetings, Annual Reports, minutes of AGM/EGM, circular resolutions, CSR meetings, coordinating with shareholders for various disclosures and corporate representations.

- Handling compliances relating to SEBI, Companies Act and coordinating with stock exchanges/ NSDL/CDSL/ RTA.

Candidate Requirement :

- CS / LLB - Mandatory
