Assistant Manager - Corporate Legal - LLB - Automotive/Real Estate/FMCG/Hospitality (4-7 yrs)
Qualification : LLB degree with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience as in-house lawyer in a multinational company or a diversified domestic company with global presence.
- The candidate will be part of the Corporate Legal team and will provide legal support to the internal stakeholders globally in their line of business.
- The Candidate will be required to partner with teams from various departments globally (Asia Pacific, EMEA and US)to understand the project requirements or risks, complete the contract review and/ or draft, collaborate with the line of business and legal team, and participate in the negotiations, as required.
- The Candidates will support review and negotiations from a commercial and legal perspective and engage internal subject matter experts and legal department, as needed, including terms such as red flags, tax, data handler and risks.
Agreement types include : Master Services Agreements (procurement of Services), General Purchases Agreement (procurement of products and services), Dealership & Distributorship Agreements, Software licensing Agreement, IT infrastructure setup Agreements, Lease Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, Assignment of IPR, NDA, Schedules, Amendments, Gap Analysis, Novation Agreements, etc.
- The Candidate will be required to support various stakeholders with drafting of notices, replies and advising to resolve various disputes or queries.
- The Candidate will be required to become familiar with company standard templates and processes and ensure that all documentations and Contracts are concluded and executed as per the established company guidelines.
