We Per Having An Urgent Opening As Assistant Manager - Corporate HR For A Reputed Company Into Building Materials Based At Kolkata Location.

Base Job Location : KOLKATA

The position will cater majorly in talent acquisition .

This will be an individual contributor role.

Job Description :

- End to End recruitment for Sales & Non Sales verticals.

- Timely closure of open positions

- Ensuring smooth corporate & regional joining formalities are in place for new joiner

- Liaison closely with the TA Lead for ensuring adherence of hiring strategy, process efficiency & highlight concern area.

- Partnering with various functions & stakeholders to understand staffing needs

- Review & share inputs on empaneled Recruitment partners.

- Completing joining formalities and submit documents to the HR operations team

- Leverage recruitment sources

- Provide billable Compensation details of offered candidates details with the recruitment vendor as per the commercial terms of agreement for invoice generation.

- Ensure adherence to approved salary bands for offer rollout.

The incumbent should be strong in handling Advanced Excel (HLOOKUP / VLOOKUP)
