Psition : Officer corporate Finance /Asst Manager Finance

In a company which is part of one of the most reputed and Large group of North India with a group turnover of approx. Rs. 20,000 Crore.

Reporting to : CFO

Location : New Delhi

Qualification : B.Com + CA

Experience : 2 to 5 years

- An intelligent person with Excellent academic background, hardworking with right attitude, keen learner and team player.

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Good Communication Skills.

- Experience from Industrial /Manufacturing company 2 to 5 years.

Responsibilities :

- Corporate Finance, preparation of working capital proposal, co-coordination with Banks, Credit rating agency for credit rating, overview of finalisation of annual accounts.

- Work on Merger & Acquisition related. Financial Modelling, preparation of DCF model, Due diligence, Tax structuring.

- Corporate MIS, Inter firm comparisons, Assist in quarterly review of accounts of Listed company (including Tax Working, IND AS Compliance LODR regulations etc.).

- Industry Research, Preparation of business plans. Help in Identifying the new business opportunities

- Accounts finalisation of Indian and international subsidiaries, compliances and accounting issues.

- FEMA compliances, Transfer pricing issues. Compliances related to SEBI and companies Act .Knowledge of GST and IND AS
