Assistant Manager - Corporate Affairs (2-4 yrs)

Department : Corporate Affairs

Reports to : Company Secretary

Incumbent to assist and support in the day to day activities of the Secretarial Department in meeting with the requirements of complying with various laws applicable to the organizations and its group companies.

Responsibilities :

- Adhering to all Statutory Compliance of Corporate and Allied Laws, Compliance applicable to NBFCs issued by RBI

- Compliance of Listing Regulations and other SEBI Regulations

- Preparation of Agenda and Minutes of the Meetings of Members, Board and its Committees and assisting in Convening and attending meetings of the Board and its Committees

- Filing of Various Forms, Returns and documents as required under RBI with regards to NBFC, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable laws with Regulatory Authorities

- Handling Audit Requirements including Internal and External Audits

- Maintenance of Statutory Registers and Records

- Assisting in Preparation of Annual Report

- Liaisoning with other verticals and supporting them in providing the information and documents required by them

- Maintaining Compliance Tracker and updating the same regularly

Experience & Qualification :

- Qualified Company Secretary with Min. 2 to 3 Years of post-qualification experience in Regulatory Compliance from any major listed company.


- Exposure in an BFSI/ NBFC Company will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge on Companies Act, 2013

- Responsible and Sincere

- Interpersonal skills in relationship building

- Maintaining Confidentiality of information

- Proficient in MS Office
