Asst Manager Control Coordinator

The key responsibilities of this position are to work within a team which is responsible for :

- Support the production of the MGG RCSA (Risk and Control Self assessment), collaborating with multiple stakeholders across all three lines of defence.

- Support the delivery of MGG Top Risks and associated reporting, including the tracking of Risk Appetite flags in partnership with 2nd line ERM (Enterprise Risk Management).

- Assisting in the management of the MGG Conflicts register, including the aggregation, analytics and MI production for both the FLRC (First Line Risk & Controls) and Board level conflicts committee.

- Developing process to monitor MGG monthly status on STIP (Short Term Incentive Pay) and controls metrics - Chasing updates on SII's, Assurance issues, Risk Events etc. Including half year and annual control assessments.

- Managing the monthly co-ordination and preparation of MGG wide FLRC (First Line Risk & Controls) forum papers.

- Work in collaboration with the broader Controls & Assurance team to ensure control issues / concerns are highlighted and issues reflected in necessary RCSA's etc.

- Supporting special C&A projects as they arise, developing reporting/monitoring, enhancing controls and delivering quality management information across different risks to the CIO/COO.
