You will review and draft Commercial agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Broker Agreements. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: - Reviewing and draft Commercial agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Broker Agreements. - Providing support on litigation matters by drafting file notes and conducting legal research - Briefing the Group General Counsel and the Global Legal Head of Insurance on case proceedings and briefing external counsel whenever necessary.
