Assistant Manager - Consolidation - CA - Pharma (0-2 yrs)
i. Review of month end accruals, intercompany reco, balance sheet schedules, Income statement trend analysis;
ii. Preparation of consolidated balance sheet, PL of the group on a monthly / quarterly basis.
iii. Closure of monthly sales, review of POs, revenue assurance
iv. Tracking actual cost v/s Budget for support functions.
v. Strong knowledge of GAAP (Experience of handling projects like implementation of IND AS)
vi. Preparing financials with notes & cash flow of Biocon Limited Consolidated Group
vii. Support manager in Managing statutory audit process on a quarterly basis
viii. Preparation of Reg 33, segment reporting and notes
ix. Participate in compliance with Companies Act 2013 requirements like CSR, Related party
x. Support in consolidation of Annual budget
xi. Consolidation in BPC module of SAP
- Articleship from Big 4 or Candidates working in Big 4 will be given preference.
