Assistant Manager - Compliance Risk & Regulatory Services - LLB/LLM (1-8 yrs)
We are currently retained by leading consulting firm to recruit Compliance Risk & Regulatory Services professionals at Mid Management level for Mumbai location:
Below are the job synopsis however not restricted to it
1. Support existing compliance team in carrying out compliance audit assignments across industry verticals
2. Help client identify their regulatory risks and implement compliance management
3. Provide timely updates on legislative/regulatory changes in the country
4. Reviewing amendments in regulations acts, notifications, circulars etc. issued by central and state governments and accordingly providing legal updates to clients.
5. Supporting the compliance team in carrying out the audit assignments
6. Review and assist client in developing policies and procedures
