Job Role : Assistant Manager - Compliance
Job Location :- Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :-
- Day to Day Process Compliance Matters in relation to NHB Compliance's
- Handling Regulatory / Business/ Operational Compliance pertaining to business activity
- Coordinate with Branches for Branch Compliance's, comments/ responses for NHB Observations & Internal Audit Reports.
- Custodian of Company's policies
- Ensuring Compliance of AML & KYC Guidelines
- Liaison with the Regulators
- Implementation of various Compliance Processes & Risk Management Systems
- Looking after the regulatory affairs of lending activities
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Strong compliance background and knowledge of compliance
- Strong understanding of business market risk and compliance
- High on integrity
- Self-starter needing minimum supervisory control
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to multi-task and take up additional responsibility
