Must have experience in Compensation & Benefits of India Market, Good data analytics, interpretation & presentation skills, Exposure to C&B annual salary benchmarking reports & having worked with reward consultants, Payroll management, understanding of employee life cycle, Statutory Compliance, Data management Audits.


Experience - 6 Years- 9 Years.


Qualification - MBA (HR).

Compensation & Benefit

- Responsible for ensuring fair and accurate compensation including salaries, bonuses & any additional employee benefits.

- Exposure to compensation & benefit annual salary benchmark reports & having worked with reward consultants.

- Providing support to perform salary reviews based on market bench marking to ensure competitiveness.

- Ensuring periodically review & administrating employee benefit plans like Group Medical Insurance, Term Life Insurance, etc.

- Ensuring all compensation & benefit plans, policies & practices comply with current legislation.

- Preparation of budgets, compensation reports & presentations for top management.

- Ensuring evidence-based workings to support audit requirements.

Payroll management

- Ensuring 100% accuracy salary validations during monthly payroll runs.

- Ensuring compensation/payroll related information, data, documents, evidence are placed at a secured and centralized platform for further validations & audit purposes.

- Supervision of compliance related to Payroll (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, POBA, etc.) and Shops &Establishment as applicable.

- Managing employee queries as per defined SLA.

- Responsible for preparing standard operating procedures, flow charts, process maps for transparency and better control.
