Assistant Manager - Compensation & Benefits - Pharma (5-8 yrs)
We are looking for candidates at Mumbai for Asst.Manager Compensation & Benefits.
Experience in MNC company prefer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the C&B functions in the company to build up C&B structure including Annual Salary Review, Bench-marking exercises, Job grading to Benefits review etc.
- Develop, execute and review HR policies and procedures for assigned departments and be responsible for implementing, monitoring and following up for non-compliance cases
- Supervise the maintenance and updating of personnel information of all employees to ensure accuracy (compensation & benefits package, commission, personal files, leave, time and attendance records etc.)
- Align and integrate the compensation system with local taxation, leave, medical administration etc.
- Assist in HRIS system-related integration and projects
- Salary Benchmarking: Coordinating with vendors for Salary Benchmarking - Mercer & Aon Hewitt, Job, Position, Grade and Salary standardization.
- Annual Increment processing: Salary designing as per the Govt norms and internal classification, Preparing and distribution of Increment letters.
- Mediclaim: Monthly Addition Deletion, Handling queries and Settlement, Annual renewal process
- EXPAT Management: Outgoing Expat- Social Security maintenance, Visa and Other services, Gross up salary calculation & Payout, Tax working
- Incoming Expat: Visa and Immigration Service, Relocation facility, Bank AC, PAN, FRRO and other documentation, Tax working - with external partners (Deloitte, PWC)
- Internal External Audit: Handling both internal and external audit of HR, Gratuity and Leave valuation report
- Other Activities: Revamping C&B Policies, Checking of Payroll and Stat reports, MIS, JV, Provision, Debit Notes and other reports to finance.

Educational Qualification and Experience :
- Minimum Master/Bachelor degree in Human Resources

- Min 4 years of C&B background
- It's preferable to have several years of exposure to similar industries, e.g. pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Knowledge about the International Human Resources Standards
- Good command of MS Office applications
