Education- Full Time MBA / PGDM

Work Experience- Min 4 years of core Compensation & Benefits (In House)

Job responsibility:

- Compensation & benefits surveys, Benchmarking & Job Matching

- Annual compensation review process

- Creating pay ranges, handle recruitment exceptions

- Design and execute sales incentive, special performance linked incentives, performance linked bonus

- Monthly payroll processing

- Correctness of the salary structures as per the legal and compliance requirements

- Creating tax and employee friendly salary structures

Salary Range: 7 - 13 LPA
