2. Compensation planning, Benchmarking, pay performance linkage, pay administration, incentives design and implementation.
3. Structuring & designing incentives framework, benefits framework.
4. Implementing new Rewards & Benefits initiatives.
5. Developing rewards strategies, processes and operational plans
