Job Responsibilities:
- Participating in compensation & benefits surveys, Bench marking & Job Matching
- Work on annual compensation review process
- Work on Creating pay ranges, handle recruitment exceptions
- Design and execute sales incentive, special performance linked incentives, performance linked bonus
- Monthly payroll processing
- Ensuring correctness of the salary structures as per the legal and compliance requirements
- Creating tax and employee friendly salary structures.
- 5 - 6 years ( 4 years of core C&B experience is must)
Salary Offered: 10 LPA
