As an integral part of the global Total Rewards team, the incumbent will support C&B activities and initiatives for all FSL locations.

Responsibilities

Primary Job Function

- Responsible for developing, implementing & administering the organization's rewards & benefits policies globally. This includes salaries & bonuses and other employee benefits.

- Supporting direct manager and partnering with internal clients (HR and business leaders) to design and implement compensation, benefits and recognition programs that drive the achievement of business objectives and results.

- Forecasting, budgeting and reporting on Total Rewards data.

- Prepare and present high level confidential reports to senior stakeholders.

- Work in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team on offer fitments.

- Provide inputs during development of new benefits packages ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements.

- Provide support on increments and STI administration.

- Identify and improve C&B processes.

- Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan

- Provide support for C&B surveys, annual compensation review cycle, administration and delivery of compensation & Benefits programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining employee talent.

- Recognized for expertise and analytical skills in one or more of the compensation and benefits disciplines; contributes to the development of new concepts and standards

- Ensures compensation programs improves existing/develops new processes and service delivery standards

- Responsible for developing, implementing & administering the organization's rewards & benefits policies globally. This includes salaries & bonuses and other employee benefits.

- Analyze compensation policies, government regulations and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive pay and benefits plans

- Support special in-country compensation and benefits projects, e.g. job leveling, job hierarchies, re-organizations, internal and external audits or new government-mandated changes.

- Provide support for implementation, administration and communication of core compensation and benefits programs (job evaluation/leveling, market data analysis and application, merit planning, annual incentive plans, long-term incentive plans)

- Annual Compensation Review cycle - supports the execution of the program including planning, launching, tracking & managing budgets, documentation of approvals, consolidation of statistics.

- Benefits - Support Design of competitive benefits plan and support renewals of policies/contracts

Key Performance Indicators

- Understands business issues and cultural differences and applies that knowledge to compensation & benefits policies design and processes

- Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously

- Quantitative and diagnostic problem solving skills.

- Proficient in MS office especially Microsoft Excel.

- Keen eye for details

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English both verbal and written)

Qualification & Experience

Critical:

Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's degree

- Master's degree or equivalent in HR & related field would be preferable

- 4 to 5 years of work experience in Total Rewards Management

- Must be proficient in MS office. Advanced knowledge MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
