Work Experience Required: 2+ years
Key Skills: Strong communication skills in writing as well, Project & campaign management, Marketing skills, Collaboration & Team Work. Employee Benefits & Insurance knowledge will be added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding the brief from clients & internal teams to plan creative planned.
- Planning campaigns around enrollments, Wellness programs communication and creating awareness for clients across locations. Project delivery & support for specific client projects
- Communication & content creation for clients on various topics like enrollment, administration process, and market updates.
- Liaison with the design teams & agency to get the creatives designed and delivered within the brand guidelines and client expectation. Creatives will be print & digital
- Support client executives with the relevant information and knowledge sharing. Driving new initiatives internally and with clients.
- Liaison with account management team for prompt & efficient service delivery for global accounts.
- Communication & content creation for clients on various topics like enrollments, administration process, market updates. Content development for employee education on benefits
- Development of pre sales material to support internal sales teams
- Support sales team for some key accounts in prospect presentations & conversion
- Develop internal newsletters on best practices, market developments and trends
- Work with marcom team on various PR activities such as Annual Surveys, Client roundtable, Seminars, Media opportunities, etc.
