Description :
- Assistant Manager Commercial Operations will be responsible for managing commercial contracts in their assigned region, assuring full contract performance and execution, and be a process improvement champion.
- Experience with contract management and execution
- ERP experience within the order-to-cash process (SAP experience strongly preferred)
- Experience working with/within major Engineering Procurement & Construction contractor preferred
- Experience with CMS & Salesforce
- Ability to read, interpret, and negotiate all contract terms in sales agreements.
- A good understanding of RFPs/ RFQs, identifying the risks and key contractual issues, evaluating and negotiating on the deviations.
- Ability to work through SMA, CRM and Salesforce applications and aptitude to quickly learn new business applications/processes, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Problem solving skills to identify discrepancies in contracts, internal processes and customer expectations.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multinational team and customers in a global environment.
- English native speaker or high-level proficiency in the language for effective communication at all levels of the organization and externally.
- Business acumen, including excellent critical thinking and analytics, risk mitigation and time management.
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute verbal and written guidance to and from compliance staff, including sales order documentation, and company procedures, as well as ability to translate, train and instruct staff.
- Familiarity with reviewing and negotiation of financial instruments such as Letter of Credit process, bank guarantees etc.
- Deep knowledge of international commercial terms, shipping documents, requirements and terminology.
- Demonstrated project management skills including schedule management and cost control measures.
- Best-in-Class demonstrated success in customer service and satisfaction.
- Experience in evaluating metrics and global landscape to help improve performance, processes and procedures.
