- Work closely with the marketing teams on all commercial, sourcing and procurement matters
- Provide strategic counsel and commercial expertise to the business & be accountable for sound commercial decisions across the network.
- Develop Company's commercial strategy consistent with the overall strategic direction of the organization.
- Know and analyse market trends to identify opportunities that can optimize commercial decisions
- Propose creative commercial solutions to contribute to the bottom-line
- Develop and manage annual commercial budget pertaining to marketing and other costs
- Ensure legal and statutory compliances with organizational processes and systems
- Engage with current and new partners and develop a preferred partner network based on identified performance metrics.
- Operate with the highest level of integrity, honesty and transparency and represent the brand appropriately to external stakeholders.
Qualification
- Post-graduate with over 5 or more years of related experience
- Experience of working with MNCs and in-depth experience of driving commercial strategies
