Preparation of IT Budget :
- Involving close interaction with various departments and consolidation of all requirements into logical expenditure heads for presenting to various sub-committees of the Board and finally to the Board on YOY basis
- Preparation of various MIS reports
- Variance analysis with respect to Budget sanctioned Vs. Budget utilized on quarterly basis
- Ensuring compliance of procurement procedures and guidelines laid down by the management from time to time
- Liasoning with project leaders of various technical teams and consolidating their requirement into presentable format facilitating management concurrence for continuous investment in technology infrastructure
- Organizing and coordinating for various management level meetings of procurement process
- Identifying various avenues for the streamlining/ smoothing the procurement process & related maintenance support procedures and implementation of the same
- Providing centralized support in the areas of on-going procurement and related commercial and logistic matters for IT infrastructure
- Due diligence - Various cost benefit analysis, Go-No Go decisions related to IT spent and overall vetting of accounting of commercial transaction
- Coordinating with the auditors and internal technical team leaders ensuring correct representation of facts related to project status and implementation issues associated with it
- Clear understanding and framework from commercial perspective before rolling out major IT projects
- Spearheading process improvements wrt Spend application
- Enabling/ organizing negotiation meetings with various vendors with complete readiness and compliance to the terms of conduct of meeting
- Accountable for overall functioning of Commercial Cell covering following broad areas (Review and accountability of work of the subordinates (currently 4 Nos.)
- Facilitating legal agreements drafting by giving required inputs on contracts and liaising with legal department for finalizing the same
- Maintaining cordial relation with the vendors and user groups
- Ensuring prompt record keeping and documentation
- Ensuring smooth transmission of detailed information to accounts and effectual communication for smooth process flow.
- Enduing updated SOP in line with current processes and procedure
Salary range - 9-10 LPA
