Assistant Manager - Collections - BPO/ITeS (5-8 yrs)
Job Role: Candidate will have to handle the team of Team Leads/Supervisor for Outbound Collection B2B Process.
Education : Graduation/Post Graduation Degree mandatory
Experience
- 5 yrs to 8 yrs of experience as Debt Recovery Agent or Customer Care mandatory
- The candidate will have to handle the team of Team Leads/Supervisor for the Outbound B2B Collection process.
- Experience in US based Collections Process in a BPO / ITES preferred with Excellent Communication Skills & Team Management Ability.
Job Description:
- Managing and undertaking collections process for debts that have been allocated to him/her Team.
- Keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area.
- Track & control the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise & DPD wise and focus on non-starters.
- To do regular follow up with the default customers.
- Ensure the collection process and legal guidelines adhere.
- Providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, Weekly & Monthly basis, etc.
- Smart to handle Supervisor/ Team Leaders.
