- Ability to gain consensus and support for efforts across disparate groups, lead stakeholders to a common goal
- Ability to provide insights and data in a structured and visually appealing format. Familiarity with data visualization tools will be an advantage
- Should be innovative, take initiative, and adapt to changes per the business requirements
- Extremely good secondary research skills
