Assistant Manager- Claims (French Linguist)
- Accountable for the complete Claim life cycle from setting up a new Claim to its closure
- Meet set processing targets/ SLA and ensure claims are processed within the agreed time frame.
- Develop a strategy for team to reach organization goal and Communicate clear instructions to team members
- Provide regular performance feedback and giving frequent formal and informal coaching sessions
- Be responsible for the flow of day-to-day operations.
- Build reports to update Senior management on team's
- Foster or maintain a collaborative relationship with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and profitability
- Work with business partners to identify ways to improve business processes
- Ability to crunch data, possesses data driven & fact-based approach
- To handle end to end transition / ramp up of new and existing process.
