Assistant Manager/Chief Manager - Debt Advisory

Job Purpose

- Assisting in formulation of debt resolution strategy of corporates which are under liquidity stress

- Assisting the senior management in structuring of transactions and successfully delivering the solution to the clients. (includes financial modelling, presentation etc.)

- Assisting the senior management in managing the relationship with clients / lenders.

- Assisting the team in providing support to clients on Regulatory Guidelines, Loan Documentation, & Security Creation

- Assisting the team in achieving the budgeted revenue.

- Collectively work with legal counsels, Rating Agencies, TEV Consultants to achieve the closure of transactions

Functional Responsibilities

- To regularly meet lenders / consultants for generating leads;

- To build new business relationships with lenders/financial consultants and continuously strengthen existing relationships

- To prepare Presentations, Information Memorandum, Financial Models and Debt Resolution Plan etc

- Assisting the team in criticality management and hand-holding in context of client's financial and operational challenges.

- To assist in Ideation for criticality resolution and business strategy

- To take initiatives on sharing knowledge on recent guidelines.

Qualifications - Chartered Accountant/MBA (Finance)

Experience - Experience of 2-8 yrs in Debt Advisory Role

Functional Competencies - Financial Modeling Skills with Working Capital Assessment Knowledge, Preparation of Information Memorandum and PowerPoint Presentations.

- Deep understanding of diverse businesses dynamics and overall industry performance

- Ability to manage client relationships

- Knowledge of all regulatory guidelines for Debt Resolution / Debt Restructuring
