We are looking for an Assistant Manager to support the Office of the Program and Change team Please note that - We do not need IT change or Technology change management experience. The experience should be more related to Organizational change. - One should have good program management experience with exposure of change impact assessment etc The individual will be responsible for running the Office Program & Change with the objective of ensuring all activities are delivered using a - best-practice- delivery approach and within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality. The individual will support the leadership, Process Leads and Team Leads during change management and implementing any initiatives. The purpose of this position is to: - Immediate term: - Supporting design, mobilization and delivery of activities, managing work across dimensions of Program and Change Management - Identify required resources, assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, build mutual trust and encourage cooperation among team members - Receives, logs and allocates a priority to all request from client service team and regional managers - Long Term: - Manage execution of the tasks as defined in the SLAs - Leads the Change Management function and is responsible for the adequate skill levels and performance of the assigned staff members - Manage changes to the transition scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the transition plan accurate - Manage risk identification and mitigation actions - Audits and manages the process lifecycle and reports to upper management - Interface with all areas affected by the transition including end users, vendors and other key stakeholders - Ensure that information recorded in both electronic and hard copy meets with internal and external audit standards - Support ICoE leadership in various other initiatives (eg. obtaining ISO certifications) The incumbent will: - Contribute to governance of the organisation to ensure it meets its targets and supports the delivery of organizational and strategic goals - Articulate the value proposition for the organization as its portfolio of services develops - Participate in initiatives to enhance year on year service improvement and cost reduction ensuring best practice and encouraging innovation - Provide performance feedback and goal-setting; conduct annual performance assessments and skill development and training - Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs - Support leadership in reporting requirements - Be a bridge between various stakeholders (Client Service Team across locations, COE team, HR, Admin and CoE leadership)
