Assistant Manager - Business Valuation - Consulting Firm (4-5 yrs)
Role :
Business valuation, equity valuation, financial reporting valuation like impairment testing, purchase price allocation, financial instrument valuation, regulatory valuations under FEMA, Companies Act and IT regulations, Private Equity valuations.
Required Skills:
- Valuation Analysis, financial modeling, financial reporting related valuation experience
- Executed some of following types of engagements in the past:
- Valuations related to Mergers and Acquisitions. Should have worked on mercy deals.
- Valuation relating to financial reporting which include purchase price allocation, financial instrument valuation, impairment testing, valuation of intangibles.
Expected profile:
- MBA (top tier B-School), CA or CFA
- 4-5 years of experience.
- Prior experience in a professional consultancy firm is preferred
