YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Implementing and providing quality business research solutions to global clients and handling research projects to develop business capabilities and lead organization enhancement practices

- Identifying new business opportunities through continuous up-selling and cross-selling business services to existing and prospective clients

- Mentoring, coaching and evaluating individual team members to enhance their efficiency

- Identifying and hiring talent professionals for new opportunities within your team

- Identifying and pitching new product development while optimizing internal process development

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

- MBA from leading Indian B-Schools

- 4+ years of experience in Business Research & Consulting with at least 4 years in managing teams and leading projects

- Expertise in incisive qualitative and quantitative analysis with strong project management skills and client relationship management skills

- Hands-on workflow management skills for handling multiple projects & deliverables simultaneously while identifying underutilization and overutilization areas.

- Effective team leadership skills to motivate team members

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle stakeholders and team communication
