Qualification :CA/ICWA Responsibilities and Duties - Finalization of Accounts - Ensure compliance with internal process guidelines, focal point for book closing & audit. - Ensure adherence to IFRS standards - Business Finance support including Deal pricing & contract review - Working on budgets and review of actual results against budgeted goals to enable the management to take corrective actions - Provide timely business MIS, highlight reasons for variances & conduct financial reviews - Contract review & ensure appropriate revenue recognition - Working with management & BU heads from finance standpoint on various initiatives - Working with sales heads to reduce bills receivable & ensure timely collection - Develop profit and loss plan to ensure maximised returns and profit targets - Maintain Corporate financial data including budgets, projections & actuals reporting - Go getter with aptitude for managing expectations & provide consistent high quality in financial operations. - Familiarity with ERP is preferable - High level of proficiency in Excel & other MS Office applications
