Assistant Manager - Business Development - Plastic Pallet Packaging

Our client is manufacturer of Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors and providers of Total Corrosion Management Solutions (Rust preventive oil).

What we need .

1. Hands on experience in Packaging industries such as plastic pallet packaging

2. To develop new customers with the existing products

3. To develop new verticals other than Auto ancillary with the existing products.

4. Maintain successful industrialization and expansion of the new products to new segment

5. Customer satisfaction by interaction with internal teams like Technical & Application engineering etc.

6. market research & competition strategy analysis and providing critical inputs to management for better decision making

7. Devising pricing strategy to win over the competition

8. Managing customer relationship

9. Maintain participating functions to meet the schedule, scope, cost and technical targets of customer.

10. Exposure to sales / Receivables/ C-Form collection/ monitoring customer schedules.

11. To focus and develop the distribution network

12. To develop the full - end to end- packing solutions for customers

Desired candidate :

a. Age between 25 and 30 years

b. Experience: 3 to 6 years in Packaging industries services to Auto Components industries.

c. Qualification: Full time graduate B.Tech or B.Sc (Chemistry) and or MBA (Marketing)

d. Good in negotiating skill, interpersonal skill and flair of customer relation management

e. Language Known : English, Tamil & Hindi

f. Willing to travel without hesitation across India
