Job Description:
- Design (or coordinate with vendors for designing), update and maintain online and print marketing and business development materials for the firm and for lawyers including firm and lawyer profiles, practice area brochures and newsletters. Also, oversee mailing list creation and updates.
- Prepare and execute public relations activities and communications for the firm including press releases, hiring's, promotions, other firm announcements, media materials.
- Maintain the firm's website via CMS (WordPress) and other digital communications, including drafting and updating content and images.
- Prepare research submissions for various directories, update firm's profiles on online directories, submit information for lawyers and firm awards, promote awards, and determine which directories should be launched and maintained.
- Maintain firm databases utilized for marketing, business development, public relations and client services and generate reports as needed.
- Education: College degree, or equivalent, required. Concentration in marketing, business, and/or communications strongly preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years in business development and knowledge management role within a professional services environment (law firm experience preferred).
