Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and engage potential corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Confidently pitch the companys products/services through meetings, calls, and professional presentations.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, product, etc.) to meet partnership goals and client expectations.
- Track, manage, and update sales pipelines, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in an organized and efficient manner.
- Develop strategies to meet monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Participate in networking events, industry forums, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A people-oriented individual with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with deadlines.
- Basic understanding of business development, B2B sales, or corporate sales processes.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
