Assistant Manager - Business Control - CA/ICWA (3-8 yrs)
Job Title: AM- Business Control

Position based at : Gurgaon
Reports To: Manager-Business Control
Scope:
- To scrutinized the Expenses as per Budgetary Control Mechanism and Prepare the detailed oriented Budget Vs Actual Reports for Each Cost Centre. Assistance in Monthly P&L MIS as per the Timelines.
Education: CA/ ICWA
Experience
- 3-5 Years of post-qualification experience in Business Process, Cost Centre Accounting & Budgetary Controls (Retail and Manufacturing Industry experience preferred)
- Responsible for making Monthly Dashboards for Budget Vs Actuals Analysis for Each Cost Centre.
- Exception Reporting with ATR for respective functions.
- First Level Preparation of Monthly P&L as per the TAT of Monthly closing process of Business Control Function.
- Responsible for Adhoc reporting for each function as per business need.
- Cross Functional Interaction for Managing the Queries and Process Improvement Task.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Soft Skills required:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Understanding of business process.
- Address issues and effect change
- Sound Knowledge of Accounts, Expenses (Direct & Indirect), Cost Centre Accounting.
- Advance Excel to deliver the Reports efficiently.
