Assistant Manager/Business Analyst - Regulatory Systems Change Support - Bank (6-8 yrs)

Our client- a leading Global Bank, in Gurugram is looking for a Business Analyst at an AM/Executive level with a strong background in data analysis for financial services. The candidate would manage project deliverables, data validation & analysis and initial transition to BAU support teams for the firm's Global Financial Services team.

Responsibilities:

- Work on the new regulatory requirements - gap analysis, creating BRDs, supporting the development, testing, and review.

- Interact with the Global Finance, Risk Management and all other businesses/Exec

- Working closely with the technical analysts to translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications

- Managing the Credit Risk Calculation system end-to-end for various geographies

- Responsible for the data validation process including management of change requests, updates to rule logic and release management

- Use SQL skills to deliver ad-hoc reporting to key stakeholders

- Provide user testing support and results from analysis for both ongoing change programs and scheduled code releases

Requirements:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting / Finance or Information Technology

- Post Qualification Experience of 6-8 years

- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases

- Exposure to analytics and reporting tools like Axiom, Moody's analytics

- Knowledge of ETL/data warehouse concepts

- Experienced in the Financial Services industry; background in Regulatory Reporting, accounting/product control or systems accounting is preferable
