Assistant Manager - Business Analyst - Dotex NOW Development - BFSI

Job Description (NOW Development):

The Dotex NOW Development department is primarily responsible for the following activities:

1. Interact with NOW Helpdesk / Members / Internal Stake Holders / Exchanges with regards to new products and functionalities on NOW.

2. Requirement gathering and bug fixes, project management, testing and Go Live of functionalities pertaining to the below applications:

- Retail flagship application (NOW)

- Institutional client application (EMS)

- Web Application (nowonline.in, now-online.in, NOW Touch)

- Mobile Application (NSE Mobile)

- Back Office Applications (File Uploader, Online Trade Report)

3. Tracking of circulars of Exchanges (NSE, BSE, NCDEX, MSEI) and Regulatory bodies (RBI, SEBI) and analysing the impact of the same on NOW

4. Monitoring Daily Operations of subsidiary teams (Now Ops, Now Network, Thomson Reuters, Market Simplified, Now Helpdesk) and pre-market checks

5. Testing and Go-Live of NOW Host end changes in production (process optimisations)

6. Training and appraising helpdesk executives of new functionalities/changes.

7. Building test cases and increasing application coverage in automation test suite.

8. Annual System audit, regulatory data requirements & reports, mitigation of system vulnerabilities raised by IT team

Qualification: MBA (fill time) having 1-3 years of experience
