Assistant Manager - Business Analysis - Mortgage Function - BFSI

- Candidate should have core experience working within Mortgage function

- Experience across the Mortgage value chain (Origination, Title, closing, servicing etc..)

- Flexibility to support in shifts (typically US EST hours), Night shift

- Exposure to Product development SDLC is a plus

- Expertise in creation of standardized technical documents (requirements gathering, BRD, FRD, user stories, EPICs)

- Understanding of Business Analysis standards and framework is a plus

- 3-5 yrs of experience with at least 2+ yrs in relevant Mortgage function
