Role - Finance Business Analyst

Level of the role - Asst Manager

Location - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- To analyse Sales and Profitability analysis weekly - highlighting the reason for the movement of sales/profit

- Analysing the top line and profit in a detailed manner: Primary Vs Secondary, Dealer Vs Distributor Sales, State level Sales, team wise

- Understanding and preparing retail OP and driving the same throughout the month.

- Analysing the KPIs, Input Metrics, Cost Drivers, and Output.

- Preparing monthly P&L and reporting the same with analysis to business partners/management

- Identifying critical business areas and preparing SOPs to streamline the workflow.

Few KRAs in which this role will be measured on:

- Meeting timelines for circulation of the Monthly MIS/Reports.

- To bring out 2-3 points on a monthly basis to improve the Business.

- Understanding the key input metrics and bringing the same as an output in the form of various dashboards.

- Providing recommendations and solutions for cost optimisation

Key Skills and qualification:

- Technical skills: power BI or Tableau and MS Excel

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

- M Com or MBA or any other relevant experience

- Analytical skills

- Willing to learn and take up the responsibility

- Adaptability to changing data requirements

- Strong communication

- Should be detailed oriented

- Well-versed in MS Excel and Power BI/Tableau
