Assistant Manager- Branding - DTH (6-9 yrs)
This is with one of the renowned clients into DTH industry based out of Mumbai.
We are looking at candidates coming from marketing agencies.
Purpose of the Role: Be an integral part of the Marketing Team to drive both Business and Brand Metrices. The key responsibility of the role is to enhance both Revenue and Retention of existing customer.
KPI's o Revenue Generated from Campaigns (measured by Missed Calls By Hour)
- Timely delivery of Campaign Assets
- Effective management of Creative Agency
Job Specification :
- Conceptualize, design and deploy segmented campaigns to drive cross sell and engagement among customers
- Develop and plan marketing calendar on a monthly-basis and plan campaign activities according to the calendar
- Derive learnings, analyze and drive efficiencies on a day-to-day basis for the campaigns deployed. Plan new campaigns based on these leanings
- Ensure timely delivery of various types of creative assets under tight deadlines
- Has the ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and work out - win-win- solutions
- Execute critical campaigns through various communications platforms such as TVC Films, Statics, SMS, Email & Voice
- Understands the creative development process well and manage creative agencies, collaborate closely as strategic partners.
Salary Offered : 7-15 LPA
