Assistant Manager - Branding & Digital - Consumer Durable/FMCG (5-7 yrs)

Specialist - Digital and Brands

Reporting to : Associate Director

Role Purpose :

- Work as part of the brand and digital team to develop, implement & manage the aligned brand and digital marketing plans.

- Communication design and execution - internal and external; Agency briefings & creative development (briefing, development, and production) while enhancing the brand/corporate image, brand awareness, relevance and contribute towards the growth of the organization.

- Manage and drive integrated PR plans and programs; review performance by tracking KPIs

- Branding and planogram, product management and in-store marketing activities for brand studios (pilot phase)

- Lead and execute consumer insights and research related activities

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and execute innovative consumer campaigns on a monthly basis

- Focus on building the brand, product storytelling and opportunity pitching in the monthly campaigns

- Devise & coordinate the digital first media plan to amplify the communication

- Design an integrated, thematic communication and PR campaign to build surround

- Co-ordinate with external agencies to develop and execute the campaign

- Design & develop the Sales Force & Consumer promotions Flyers on a monthly basis

- Co-ordinate with Products & Promotions team to gather information

- Brief the external agency & co-ordinate with it to execute product shoots

- Design the creatives for the flyers and catalogues and manage their printing and distribution in a time-bound manner

- Develop POS material, collaterals to communicate the monthly promotion and call to action

- Develop annual PR strategy in partnership with the agency; manage PR plans, program, executions, track and measure performance

- Identify and work with key influencers - food experts, chefs, food bloggers, alpha moms - to drive a stronger brand connect

- Develop and execute in-store branding, retail planogram and on-ground activation to bring alive the brand narrative in-store and drive traffic to the experiential brand store

- Ensure effective integrated campaigns (to create brand awareness and relevance among the core TG

- Develop, review and approve content and creatives

- Mange and build relationships with agency partners to ensure

Desired Profile :

- Good brand management and marketing communication expertise, preferably in the consumer goods space

- Good knowledge of creative and content development and assessment

- Digital Marketing experience - in-depth understanding and experience in managing multiple platforms and managing the agencies

- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken

- PR and influencer marketing experience preferred

- Experience in a digital marketing agency with an interest in building brands online/offline is preferred

Education : MBA-Marketing

Experience : 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing communication, PR, Influencer marketing and digital marketing
