Education :
Regular MBA from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 B School.
Work Experience : 4 yrs to 7 yrs.
CTC : 14 to 15 Lakh
Candidate must have Industry background of - Consumer, FMCG, Retail and any other fast-moving product etc
Job Description :
- We are looking for a Potential candidate who has passion, hunger, and desire to take up the challenging role in a growing organization.
- The role requires from the holder to develop a brand vision, plan the market strategy for the brand, and implement any brand plans for the organization that can be executed along with the Marketing lead.
- To develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brand/s and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget.
- Responsible for Brand Communication strategy and planning across all channels and platforms.
- Achieve brand objectives (qualitative & quantitative) as per brand guidelines with integrated marketing plan.
- Responsible for enhancement and representation of Brand image at all touch points.
- Creative communication : Developed brand campaigns for all Product variants while optimizing usage mediums in BTL (POS, displays, ground level activities).
- Plan and design marketing activities for channel partners.
- Work on various activities like in shop visibility, POP, signage, events & promotions, various other ATL & BTL communications etc.
- Plan and Implement Cross promotional tie-ups & activities with other brands.
- Design and execute Online/Offline Branding campaigns, strategy for brand awareness, latest product launches, brand placement communication as well as conversion campaigns for e-commerce websites.
- Responsible for enhancement of consumer experience on various physical channel & digital platforms and enhance brand visibility to be leader in category.
- Plan and execute content creation activities (both in house and agencies) to create more user engagement and information reach.
- Develop communication briefs in line with agreed communication objectives & drive execution in close co-ordination with multiple internal & external partners.
- Assist identified key campaigns with 360 activations of scale through non-media interventions, and by leveraging investments in across channels.
- Thorough knowledge of brand management, promotions, campaign management, influencer Marketing.
- Social Media scale, E Commerce Marketing including Digital strategy and execution & KPI achievement.
- Special project - Campaign Management implementation and subsequent campaigns, blog, etc.
- Keep up with high velocity of change in digital space.
- Understanding of various digital platform and use of different forms of content accordingly.
