1.) Electronic/Electrical Professional with 6 to 8 years' experience. Minimum 4 years exposure to UPS and IT/ITES, Datacenter, Telco Business.
2.) Should have good connect with key influencers in the Delhi NCR region. Would be responsible to Increase the Sales Volume.
3.) Key Account exposure and deep understanding of ITeS Vertical / Government Vertical and Manufacturing Vertical. Must have good B2B Sales & Key Accounts Management, Brand Promotions, Marketing activities if needed in and around assigned territory.
4.) Must have Strong Analytical Abilities & Presentation Skills to build relationship with the Clients and bringing in New Businesses and build more key accounts.
5.) This position strongly impacts the APAC business through many factors that will be able to sustain the profitability and growth goals.
6.) Must have strong relationship management skills and proven track record of being trusted advisor to customer.
7.) To meet the revenue and gross margin objective of the organization and must behaving focused approach in Deliverables and Following ups with Clients on time.
8.) To maximize the market share of the Organization in the assigned territory and enhance his/her Sales Experience and business promotion.
9.) Should be flexible in Travelling across for at least 25% to 40% on his/her work time for business development reasons.
10.) Must have strong experience in B2B Sales on Power Products like Industrial UPS & Inverters along with some Technical Expertise on the similar Industry or Domain.
