Assistant Manager - B2B Content Development (3-9 yrs)

Job Role:

We are looking for a teammate who is keen to build a career within the corporate and global B2B marketing and communications environments. Marketing and communications knowledge, along with a commitment to learn and understand the insurance domain is a critical requirement of the position.

Job Description


- You will develop creative concepts, storyboards, creative copy, layouts for sales collateral such as brochures, flyers, and white papers, websites, email campaigns, digital marketing campaigns, trade show graphics, press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

- The role is pivotal in researching and crafting a variety of market-facing content that engages our target audiences across various traditional, digital, and social channels, and supports all business development and awareness objectives. From time to time, you will also create and manage content and collateral for internal communications, including company intranet and newsletter environments.

- In addition to content creation, this role requires lead-generation and digital marketing/advertising proficiency in support of business development. You will work with our business units and digital marketing partners to create, manage, and optimize campaigns on ad networks, media platforms, and via direct outreach to the company's diverse prospect databases.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B content generation, proposal writing and copy editing.

- Expert English writing skills in a variety of styles, with a focus on appealing to corporate B2B audiences.

- Experience in developing compelling email and digital advertising communications that drive action as part of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

- Strategic business understanding of the IT services/business consulting market.

- Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with demonstrated abilities to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and constituents in the process of developing content.

- Excellent written communication skills, with an emphasis on fluent and creative copy-writing, grammatical proficiency, editing, and proofreading.

- Relevant experience in marketing, public relations, and communication in B2B environments.

- Strong experience in web/digital, social media, and presentation platforms, and the abilities to distinguish and apply copy-writing styles for a variety of platforms and audiences.

- Abilities to conduct in-depth market research and collect/curate an industry-specific digital resource library - both for content development, and as a strategic source of trends and viewpoints for the company.
