Assistant Manager/Associate Manager - US Taxation - Accounting Firm

- Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing simple to complex Individual & Business Tax returns, and interacting closely with senior staff, Managers and Client SPOC'

- Hands on experience on preparation of Tax Projection

- Take ownership of projects and deliverables. Track status of assignments on a regular basis

- Assist with training and mentoring of junior staff on tax projects.

- Managing and mentoring a team of individuals consisting of Associates, Senior Associates, and Team leads.

- Identify and assist in solution of engagement (client) technical issues, anomalies, nonroutine items.

- Conducts self in a professional manner related to all client communications as well as interactions within the team.

- Manage process of feedback and implementing feedback from clients on a monthly basis

- Build strong working relationships with clients and ensure that all KPIs are achieved

- Technically strong on US Individual Tax & Business Tax returns with worked on various tax projects.

- Review workflow of different clients independently and maintain system of monitoring the
workflow strong.

- Experience working in Tax software like UltraTax CS, Pro System FX, Turbo Tax, Go System RS. Preferably Ultra Tax.
