Assistant Manager - Asset Origination - BFS

Job Description :

- Ability to value various financial instruments such as Bonds, Asset-Backed Securities, Swaps, Swaptions, Interest-Rate Caps & Floors, etc.

- Interpretation of Financial Statements

- Independently supporting the investment appraisal activities including researching the asset classes, developing valuation models for various financial instruments, and running it for various market scenarios.

- Undertake numerical analysis and manipulation using a range of systems

- CFA Level 2 or 3 qualification OR Chartered Accountants/ Cost Accountants with acumen in asset modelling OR B.Tech from a reputed institute with experience in Asset modelling OR Post-graduation/ MBA (Finance) or an equivalent degree from a reputed institute.

- Strong knowledge of various asset types like bonds, mortgages, sales and leaseback and factor affecting their cashflows.
