Responsibilities :

1. Work with stakeholders on understating and scoping their requirement and providing business insight on regular and ad-hoc deliverables

2. Working with team, bringing best practices and helping each other on crunch time to meet client deliverables

3. Ensure accuracy and timelines of assigned deliverables. Maintaining and adhering to Quality Management Standards

4. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures

Technical Expertise :

1. Thorough understanding of and experience with IQVIA and other pharma databases, e.g. IQVIA MIDAS, Xponent data (TRx, NRx etc.), PharmaProjects, Veeva/ CRM, etc.

2. Proven experience in Pharma SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) projects, e.g. S&T (Segmentation & Targeting), Sales Resource Optimization, Territory Alignment, SFE KPI Monitoring, etc.

3. Good communication and presentation skills - ability to communicate with the business to understand requirements and present back findings and recommendations

4. Understanding of sales KPIs: Value / Volume sales, Market Share, Relative Growth, Sales trend analysis

5. Candidate must have a consultative mindset and should be able to provide data-driven solutions to complex business problems and present them to the on-shore stakeholders

6. Strong interpersonal skills and experience with onshore client handling

7. Hands-on experience in designing analytical and insightful business solutions using advanced analytical techniques

8. Analytical bent of mind, logical reasoning and data interpretation should be very strong

9. Proficient at integrating and preparing large, varied datasets (Data preparation, Data cleaning, Data mining)

10. Working knowledge on any data extraction or BI tool

Experience : 3-7 years of experience in Pharma Analytics and understanding of performance measurement KPIs

Qualification :

- M. Pharm., MBA, M.A Economics, M.A / M.Sc. Statistics/Mathematics, B.E., B. Tech.
