AM -Packaging Analytics Job Description : - Own Packaging logic to drive packing algorithm at warehouse locations - Fetch monthly system reports and manage dashboard for metric monitoring - Identify material cost optimization opportunities through data analysis - Create product solutions for packaging process efficiencies - Run Control tower during sale period by providing required data inputs and forward plan visibility to inventory management team - Source of data for all packaging improvement opportunities - Manage and publish success metric for all packaging improvement Proof of concepts and pilots - Liaison with analytic teams for writing queries for required data inputs Key Competencies : - Expertise in Data analysis and data crunching - Good understanding of SQL / Python to write queries for customized reports - Understanding of Material fulfillment and warehouse operation - Data driven approach towards problem solving - Ability to think through and work under ambiguous situations - Ability to align and manage complex stakeholder network - Highly analytical in nature and ability to translate strategies into execution - Ability to connect with people across teams &amp; levels - Strong bias for Action Qualification &amp; Experience : - Bachelor's Degree/PG in Engineering or related technical stream - Preferably technical education in Data Science / Analytics - 7- 8 Years of Experience in Data analysis
