A leading Real Estate Private Equity firm is seeking to hire the undersaid Assistant Manager Accounts Job Description - Posting/Approving all entries in Tally & maintaining all accounting & statutory files - Processing of all AMC's & regular Vendor's invoices within the time frame - Preparation of payment batch and uploading bulk payments on bank portal - Monthly invoicing & updating revenue tracker - Reconciliation of account receivables & sending timely reminders for follow up on payments - Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement - Monthly TDS working & preparing challans for depositing the same - Filing of all statutory returns (i.e. GST, TDS and Income Tax, etc) - Distribution & Collection of TDS Certificates from various vendors / clients - Preparing statement for reconciliation of TDS receivables - Assisting during Statutory & Internal Audit by providing necessary documents, records & details - Liaising with Banks, Consultants & Govt. departments for various matters as assigned - Performing various other tasks as assigned
