Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable

Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced strategy manager to shape our organization's short and long-term strategy and develop measures that realize our business objectives.

The strategy manager will be tasked with assessing organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage.

You should be familiar with business operations and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Vendor and GL reconciliation

- Coordination with Foreign Vendors for 100+countries for Invoices and booking of the same.

- Processing of Foreign Vendors payments

- Coordination with Banks

- Support Audit and Tax Compliance

- Oracle NetSuite Implementation experience (Good to have)

Work Experience & Qualification:

- Excellent in Communication Skills

- Excellent knowledge on advanced Excel and ERP software

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Accounts Payable including minimum 1 year experience for dealing with Foreign Vendors

- Experience with financial reporting requirements

- Working experience of Income tax and GST
