Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance - Pharma

We have urgent opening in one of our pharma client based at Mumbai location And position: Asst. Manager- Accounts& Finance- ( Only Male Candidate)

C.a/ MBA (Fin) / M.com with 3 to 8 years exp in purely accounts

- Preparation of Financials (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account) as per IND As including notes

- Monitoring of Accounts Receivable.

- Lisning with various CFA (24) of the Company. Require knowledge of CFA operation resolve day to day issues.

- Accounting of receipt against online receipts (NEFT/RTGS) on daily basis

- Accounting of cheque dishonored by customers if any on daily basis

- Debtors Aging, analysis of > 90 days, follow up for recovery, assistance in filing cases u/s 138

- Year end activities for finalisation, Debtors Schedule, ECL, bad debts etc.

- Direct and Indirect Taxes - Need to have basic knowledge of Income Tax and GST

- Fixed Assets - Monitoring of Fixed Assets additions, Deletions, projects under CWIP

- Preparations of FA Schedule and working of Depreciations as per Income Tax

- MIS - preparations of Sales MIS. Monitoring of various sales reports such as comparison against previous year/ Budget, Price/ Volume variance etc.

- Reconciliation - Bank Reconciliation (online) and Inter Company Sales Reconciliation

- Accounts Payable - Monitoring creditors payments and aging, analysis of pending OS > 90 days

- MSME Vendors - MSME Compliance and filing 6 monthly return.
