Assistant Manager - Accounts - Diversified Business - CA (8-10 yrs)
Our client Group diversifies to offer a vast array of products and services through varied business lines
Manufacturer of refined soya bean products, Auto & Engineering, Single-point solution of all plastic molding and assembly have their Head Office located in Indore is one on the lookout of an Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance.
A qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 8 years experience in the preferred age group below 47 years only to look after Accounts, Finance, General Accounting, Statutory Audit, Taxation, MIS, Internal audit matters, etc. A candidate who worked in the manufacturing company will be preferred with Experience of working on the SAP platform.
Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
- Month and end-year process
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Cash receipts
- General ledger
- Payroll and utilities
- Treasury, budgeting
- Cash forecasting
- Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- Capital assets reconciliations
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Requirements :
- Proven working experience as Accounting Supervisor and Finance Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Charted Accountant
