Assistant Manager - Accounts & Audits - FMCG

One of esteemed clients (the company is a FMCG/well know Indian ethnic foods brand company established in 2009 with corporate office in PUNE and presence across India and export to 40+ countries worldwide with a turnover of more than 300 crs+. The company has 03 huge state of the art manufacturing unit spread across India) is looking out for ASSISTANT MANAGER- Finance, Accounting & Auditing. The role directly reports to AGM- Finance & Accounts and the role is based in Pune (Camp area) which is India-head office.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Finalization of Accounts.

- Handling matters relating to Fixed Assets and Depreciation.

- Handling matters relating to Inventory and Inventory valuation.

- Preparation of related party transaction details

- Monitoring of Accounts of factories and all regions.

- Approval of expenses.

- Accounts scrutiny of accounts of all locations as per plan.

- Assisting in preparation of annual accounts.

- Assisting during statutory audit and tax audits - preparation of various details and providing of information / explanation to statutory auditors and tax auditors.

- Assisting in preparation of quarterly financials.

- Preparation of monthly profitability.

- Addressing to points raised in internal audit reports.

- Assisting in all matters of taxation like filling of return, statutory compliance, preparation of details during scrutiny, etc.

- MIS reporting

- Statutory & Tax audits.

Desired Candidate Profile/ Qualification:

Qualification - Qualified CA/ C.A fresher may also apply/Semi qualified with experience of 3+ Years.

1 to 5 years in manufacturing industry preferred.

Good Communication skills, Excellent Analytical skills, Detail oriented.

Salary- up to 10.00 Lacs
